What you'll do

• Supervise, guide, and direct unit staff on clinical and personnel matters
• coordinate resident care in accordance with state Department of Health regulations
• support residents and families with clinical issues
• promote safety and infection-control practices
• assist with daily resident-care operations
• communicate pertinent information to the interdisciplinary team
• conduct resident rounds and required assessments
• develop and document resident care plans
• prepare Certified Nursing Assistant assignments
• orient nursing personnel as assigned
• assist staff with duties as needed.
