What you'll do

• Place purchase orders in SAP according to BSC purchasing procedures
• expedite material based on ERP recommendations and action messages
• follow up with suppliers on confirmations, delivery dates, and open orders
• analyze invoice discrepancies and coordinate resolution with suppliers, Accounts Payable, and Receiving
• monitor open orders and inventory levels
• communicate delays, shortages, and purchasing issues to stakeholders
• coordinate with Planning, Supplier Quality, and Receiving teams and participate in supplier and delivery meetings as needed.
