What you'll do

• Verify guest age before alcohol service and refuse service when required
• monitor consumption and behavior
• follow food and beverage safety procedures
• identify and report unsafe conditions
• greet guests, present menus, and deliver orders
• address concerns and escalate safety issues
• operate POS systems and follow cash-handling procedures
• maintain clean tables, lanes, and service stations
• support restocking, side work, and team operations.
