What you'll do

• Spend approximately 80% of time on the production floor troubleshooting, repairing, and responding to breakdowns on molding and auxiliary equipment
• lead rebuilds, overhauls, and installations
• prioritize and schedule maintenance
• assign and close work orders
• maintain asset records and preventive-maintenance schedules in CMMS
• manage spare-parts inventory
• lead continuous-improvement and asset-redesign projects
• track reliability metrics
• prepare shift reports and maintenance procedures.
