What you'll do

• Support an inclusive classroom and welcome children and families
• recognize and respond to individual developmental, behavioral, cultural, and learning needs, including following IEPs and behavioral support plans as directed
• assist the Lead Teacher with curriculum and Cadence Signature Programs
• communicate with families, coworkers, and leadership
• follow safety and supervision procedures and document incidents
• support behavior management
• attend required meetings, training, and professional development.
