What you'll do

• Prepare contracts, affidavits, correspondence, and other legal documents for attorney review
• communicate legal advice and counsel to internal stakeholders with attorney input and approval
• assist attorneys and clinical, operational, and business leaders with compliance
• conduct legal research
• maintain and file indexed documents
• schedule appointments and route correspondence
• track projects and assist with special projects.
