What you'll do

• Oversee multiple reconditioning lines and plan production for a full shift. Manage facility operations when the General Manager is not onsite
• identify bottlenecks, conduct root cause analysis, and execute action plans. Review site performance, lead manager huddles, support continuous improvement and process training, develop leaders and managers, and uphold operating, health, safety, and loss-prevention standards.
