What you'll do

  • Engage and support an assigned caseload of parents and caregivers
  • use motivational interviewing
  • hold scheduled meetings and check-ins
  • develop and update goal plans
  • connect families with resources
  • document interactions and participation
  • prepare reports and service-completion evidence
  • collaborate with CUA teams and ARC providers
  • visit assigned agencies
  • and promote ARC services at family court and community events.
