What you'll do

• Review and evaluate programs, services, policies, and procedures
• monitor work quality and completion, maintenance programs, construction projects, financial management, and energy controls
• prepare and manage departmental budgets and utility energy-savings programs
• lead regulatory compliance
• guide, train, and motivate staff
• build effective client relationships
• monitor performance and prepare or review personnel evaluations.
