The Seasonal Holiday Retail Manager role is onsite in Bethesda, MD. Pay is $21–$22 per hour. Cherry Hill Programs creates holiday and souvenir experiences for children and families in partnership with retail locations and other destinations. The manager leads seasonal photo operations, staffing, sales, and guest service to help families have a memorable Santa visit and photo experience while maintaining effective site operations.

What you'll do

• Create schedules and ensure staffing coverage
• recruit, hire, train, and onboard team members
• oversee daily operations and site performance
• drive sales and cash-handling compliance
• submit deposits and financial paperwork
• coach staff on guest service
• coordinate with venue partners and vendors
• resolve guest concerns
• and manage seasonal setup, breakdown, and equipment security.
