• Lead and develop the IT Applications & Development team

• oversee implementation, enhancement, maintenance, support, modernization, and retirement of applications and internal software
• improve software engineering practices
• manage application lifecycle delivery, capacity, backlogs, schedules, and risks
• partner with business process owners
• manage approved AI-enabled applications and automations
• oversee application vendors and licensing
• maintain visibility into application portfolio health.
