What you'll do

• Develop and maintain client programs, conduct assessments and functional behavior assessments, analyze data, and adjust treatment plans.
• Supervise and coach Behavior Technicians, support families, collaborate with schools and other professionals, provide direct therapy when needed, maintain HIPAA-compliant records, and prepare progress reports.
