What you'll do

• Lead and supervise kitchen staff
• set up and stock stations
• maintain clean and organized equipment and work areas
• oversee receiving, storage, and rotation of deliveries and inventory
• prepare menu items according to recipes and standards
• maintain food quality, freshness, and presentation
• enforce safe food handling
• train and mentor staff
• coordinate with front-of-house staff
• assist with scheduling and kitchen administration.
