The Senior Quality Specialist, Supplier Quality role is onsite in Madison, WI. The stated Wisconsin pay range is $90,000–$110,000 per year. Arrowhead Pharmaceuticals develops RNA interference-based medicines for diseases with a genetic basis, and its Madison team supports research and development. This role ensures suppliers, contract manufacturers, testing laboratories, and material suppliers meet quality, regulatory, and compliance requirements. Through supplier qualification, monitoring, change assessment, quality agreements, and inspection support, the specialist helps maintain quality across pharmaceutical development and commercialization.

What you'll do

• Manage Supplier Corrective Action Requests (SCARs) and Supplier Change Notifications (SCNs), including timely assessment and resolution
• coach stakeholders on these processes
• support cross-functional impact assessments and action plans
• manage quality agreements through drafting, review, approval, and periodic review
• support supplier KPIs and quality and business reviews
• maintain knowledge of drug-development compliance expectations
• write, review, update, approve, issue, and organize procedural documents
• support regulatory inspections as a subject matter expert
• operate in compliance with cGMP, 21 CFR, USP, EP, and ICH requirements.

Why this role

Requires a science bachelor's degree, at least 8 years of pharmaceutical or biotechnology quality experience, including 4+ years in supplier quality. CSQP certification and regulated-environment document management experience are preferred.
