Through instruction, event coaching, recruiting assistance, and academic support, the assistant contributes to student-athlete development and program compliance.

What you'll do

• Instruct student-athletes during assigned practices or workouts and assist with coaching at athletic events.
• Prepare personalized in-season, off-season, and summer instruction plans.
• Assist with recruiting, including contacting prospects, evaluating players, and maintaining a prospect database.
• Help student-athletes understand applicable rules and monitor academic progress, tutoring, study hall, and referrals.
