The Multi-Site Maintenance Technician I role is onsite in Portland, OR, with hourly pay of $23–$24. The schedule is Tuesday–Saturday, 8 AM–5 PM, and after-hours work may be required. The technician completes maintenance and unit-turn work across supported sites, helping keep homes and properties functional, safe, and presentable. The role coordinates with leasing and management teams, performs preventive maintenance, and responds to emergency on-call needs to support residents and property operations.

What you'll do

• Complete unit turns and work orders
• coordinate with leasing staff and managers
• perform routine preventive maintenance
• follow OSHA and SDS safety requirements
• diagnose and complete minor or routine repairs
• maintain grounds and property appearance
• inspect and coordinate make-ready repairs
• provide customer service to residents
• and participate in the required emergency on-call rotation and respond to after-hours emergencies as needed.
