Associate Attorney

What you'll do

• Defend employers in labor and employment litigation involving: discrimination, retaliation, and harassment claims
• wage and hour disputes
• wrongful termination matters
• non-compete and restrictive covenant enforcement. Drafting and arguing motions, pleadings, and discovery. Taking and defending depositions of parties and witnesses. Representing employers in mediations, hearings, and administrative proceedings. Advising clients on compliance with federal and state employment laws. Assisting with workplace investigations and policy development. Supporting trial preparation when matters proceed to trial.
