What you'll do

• Process biweekly payroll and resolve discrepancies
• administer benefits and coordinate workers’ compensation claims and employee leaves
• maintain HRIS data and personnel files
• lead recruiting, hiring, and onboarding
• coordinate separations and records
• advise employees and managers on HR matters
• maintain policies, job descriptions, and deadlines
• document employee concerns and escalate sensitive issues
• coach and train managers.
