What you'll do

• Help prepare the boutique for opening, including hiring, training, and daily routines
• oversee daily operations, opening and closing, cleanliness, inventory, and brand standards
• coach and support team members
• assist with scheduling and staffing
• resolve guest concerns and strengthen member relationships
• support membership, retention, rebooking, and sales
• assist with administrative tasks, local promotions, and community partnerships.
