What you'll do

• Assist with daily nursing department operations
• participate in the designated on-call rotation
• maintain staffing across shifts and fill floor nurse roles when necessary
• conduct daily rounds
• support nursing care plans and conferences
• supervise, mentor, and evaluate nursing personnel
• monitor resident care, assessments, treatment plans, and documentation
• support quality improvement, incident investigations, infection prevention, staff training, and survey readiness
• manage the department in the Director of Nursing’s absence.
