What you'll do

• Lead operations across assigned inpatient psychiatric hospitals and acute behavioral health facilities
• manage facility communications and provider staffing, scheduling, weekend coverage, and call arrangements. Coordinate onboarding, service readiness, provider workflows, and coverage contingency plans. Review staffing capacity, utilization, productivity, service gaps, budgets, and performance
• lead operational implementation of contracts, transitions, and service expansions. Partner with clinical and quality leaders on patient-safety concerns, incident follow-up, audits, and workflow improvements
• support urgent after-hours operational issues.
