What you'll do

• Maintain and repair mechanical, plumbing, structural, furniture, fire, life-safety, and control systems
• comply with applicable codes and safety directives
• support energy management and preventive maintenance
• perform emergency repairs as needed
• inspect fire alarms, HVAC, and plumbing systems
• coach colleagues and share job knowledge.

Why this role
