What you'll do

• Oversee maintenance, repair, inspections, and readiness of assigned project equipment
• monitor utilization and availability
• coordinate transfers, replacements, and mobilizations
• lead repairs with shop personnel, field technicians, and vendors
• execute preventive maintenance
• coordinate fuel, lubrication, parts, and equipment logistics
• maintain records and reports
• lead and develop mechanics and technicians
• support safety and continuous improvement.
