What you'll do

• Provide direct nursing care, including medication administration, wound care, and skilled procedures
• assist residents with activities of daily living
• supervise nursing assistants and medication aides during the assigned shift
• monitor residents’ physical and emotional status and report changes
• develop and review care plans with the interdisciplinary team
• document care
• coordinate admissions, transfers, and discharges
• and participate in quality assurance, staff education, and regulatory surveys as needed.
