Shift Lead

What you'll do

• Complete store checklists and manage deposits
• train, mentor, and communicate with team members
• stock, prep, and rotate food, supplies, and chemicals
• prepare drinks and food according to procedures
• communicate with guests and teammates
• clean dining, outdoor, and work areas
• assist with to-go and delivery orders
• maintain food rotation, cleanliness, and sanitation
• offer add-ons and menu items
• follow company policies and procedures.
