The AI Product Owner, Agentic Commerce role is hybrid in Oakland, CA, with a stated base salary range of $110,000–$140,000 per year. e.l.f. Beauty's purpose is to make the world a better place for every eye, lip, and face. The role partners with the AEO/GEO, Connected Commerce, and CRM teams. The product owner builds the roadmap for e.l.f.'s presence and performance in AI-driven shopping channels. The work connects AI discovery and product visibility with commerce experiences, including agent-friendly offers, checkout, and personalized customer journeys.

What you'll do

• Define and maintain the Agentic Commerce product vision and roadmap
• sequence investment across discovery, product data, offers, and checkout
• manage the product lifecycle from concept through launch and optimization
• partner with AEO/GEO to improve visibility and citations
• structure product content, pricing, and offers for AI agents
• develop measurement for visibility and commerce outcomes
• support Connected Commerce and CRM requirements
• collaborate with engineering, data science, design, content, analytics, and external partners
• write product requirements and acceptance criteria
• run experiments and mitigate delivery risks.
