What you'll do

• Check in members and guests and verify active memberships
• oversee guest and member traffic flow
• collect dues and update billing when appropriate
• monitor membership alerts
• respond to inquiries and concerns
• report issues
• help maintain cleanliness standards
• answer and direct phone calls
• assist with member profiles, photos, and barcodes
• attend required meetings and assist other departments as needed.
