What you'll do

• Conduct rounds and assess resident conditions
• verify staffing and redistribute personnel as needed
• coordinate with charge nurses on admissions, discharges, transfers, and resident well-being
• respond to emergencies
• review incident reports and participate in care committees and quality improvement
• monitor safety and meal services
• administer medications and provide direct care as needed.
