What you'll do

• Manage technical specifications and performance standards for power equipment
• monitor product quality across design, manufacturing, and field applications
• lead root-cause analysis and troubleshooting
• coordinate teams to identify failure mechanisms and corrective actions
• develop and verify corrective and preventive action plans
• maintain failure and improvement documentation
• standardize quality processes
• liaise between Korea headquarters research and development and local teams.
