Falcon’s Beyond designs and delivers immersive physical and digital entertainment experiences. The role combines hands-on payroll processing with compliance leadership, controls, vendor oversight, reporting, and process improvement. It exists to establish and maintain a reliable, scalable, audit-ready payroll operating model and to help cross-functional partners resolve complex payroll matters.

What you'll do

• Lead end-to-end payroll operations and maintain payroll calendars, procedures, reconciliations, approval workflows, and escalation paths
• review complex employee changes, earnings, deductions, taxes, retroactive adjustments, off-cycle payments, and corrections
• coordinate funding, reporting, journal support, and variance resolution
• lead payroll compliance, audit preparation, tax notice resolution, year-end controls, and W-2 processing
• maintain payroll controls and monitor regulatory developments
• lead payroll system configuration, testing, integrations, implementations, and process redesign
• oversee vendor performance
• develop documentation and training
• and advise cross-functional partners on payroll matters.
