What you'll do

• Manage and supervise maintenance and facilities operations
• coordinate major facilities projects
• interview and train facilities personnel as needed
• ensure projects meet budget and time constraints
• develop and monitor preventive maintenance programs
• inspect developments and recommend actions
• prepare project specifications and scopes for projects exceeding $2,000
• oversee the Yardi Facilities Program and prepare monthly reports
• research and recommend vendors and contractors
• review bids
• respond to after-hours emergency calls.
