What you'll do

• Manage strategic developer accounts
• anticipate technical needs and coordinate milestones
• assess employment data pipelines and recommend improvements
• diagnose OAuth, API integration, and data pipeline issues
• create account-specific engagement plans
• monitor account health and mitigate churn risk
• advise developers on payroll, benefits, and HR systems
• improve developer documentation
• communicate technical concepts to varied stakeholders.
