What you'll do

• Provide direct support to students with Individual Education Plans under professional staff supervision
• assist with classroom activities, small-group instruction, and one-on-one support
• implement teacher-developed plans
• manage classroom materials and clerical tasks
• supervise students in classrooms and other school settings
• support testing and therapy services and specialized feedings
• communicate with teachers, staff, parents, and administrators while maintaining confidentiality.
