Devereux Arizona’s Residential Treatment Center provides 24-hour support for youth ages 7–17 facing emotional, behavioral, and mental health challenges. The role supports safe, trauma-informed, compliant care through staffing coordination, medication management processes, quality improvement, and collaboration with interdisciplinary and statewide nursing leadership.

What you'll do

• Oversee day-to-day nursing operations, staffing coordination, nursing practice, regulatory readiness, medication management processes, and clinical support services
• supervise, coach, and mentor nursing staff
• collaborate with interdisciplinary leadership
• support quality improvement, infection prevention, staff development, and compliance
• partner with the Statewide Nurse Manager on nursing operations, quality initiatives, accreditation readiness, workforce development, and nursing standards
• provide operational coverage and clinical and administrative support as needed.
