What you'll do

• Provide direct supervision of field labor and oversee trade partner activities.
• Hold trade partners accountable for safety, scope, quality, and schedule compliance.
• Coordinate material, equipment, and delivery logistics.
• Develop and maintain site logistics plans, job flow, and short-term look-ahead schedules.
• Track daily progress against baseline schedules.
• Promote and maintain a strong safety culture.
• Enforce quality control through daily supervision and inspections.
