What you'll do

• Prepare and cook meals according to menus, dietary requirements, and resident preferences
• serve meals on time with attention to quality and presentation
• maintain kitchen sanitation and food safety
• store and handle supplies properly
• assist with inventory and report shortages
• collaborate with the Dietary Manager and kitchen staff
• assist in training new kitchen staff as needed.
