What you'll do

• Acquire, process, collocate, and quality-control satellite observations
• reproduce existing retrieval or operational baselines
• validate satellite products against radar, models, soundings, surface observations, and Rainmaker measurements
• quantify skill, bias, uncertainty, coverage, latency, and failure modes
• implement justified retrieval improvements
• build documented workflows
• present findings
• deliver a research or operational artifact.
