The Senior Manager, Internal Audit and SOX role is onsite in Boston, MA, with a base salary range of $140,000–$170,000 per year, plus annual bonus eligibility. The role leads risk-based audit engagements and SOX compliance work to strengthen governance, controls, risk management, and operational effectiveness. It partners with business leaders and external auditors, guides remediation, and improves audit quality through data analytics and modern audit processes.

What you'll do

• Lead risk-based internal audit engagements
• develop audit scopes, risk assessments, testing strategies, and work programs
• manage audit execution, resources, workpaper quality, issues, reporting, and timelines
• advise business leaders on risks and controls
• assess deficiencies and root causes and recommend remediation
• prepare executive-level audit reports
• monitor corrective actions
• apply data analytics and modern audit techniques
• collaborate on SOX Section 404 controls
• contribute to audit planning, risk assessments, methodology improvements, team development, and special projects.
