Settlement Paralegal — Wage and Hour Class Action

The Settlement Paralegal role is onsite in Los Angeles, CA, Monday through Friday. Compensation is $35–$55 per hour. The position supports a law firm handling plaintiff-side wage and hour class action litigation. The paralegal supports attorneys and partners in finalizing class, PAGA, and individual settlements. The role coordinates settlement workflows, prepares legal documents, manages deadlines and case files, and communicates with clients and settlement administrators.

What you'll do

• Prepare and edit settlement correspondence, pleadings, and discovery documents
• assist with settlement agreements and approval motions
• draft declarations and gather filing documentation
• collect settlement information from clients
• coordinate with third-party administrators and review reports
• conduct legal research
• maintain case files
• assist with hearing, mediation, and arbitration preparation
• manage calendars, deadlines, and workflows.
