What you'll do

• Assist residents with independent living skills and symptom management support
• administer medication under Residential RN supervision and in accordance with DHS 83
• document daily behavior and routines
• report changes in condition, behavior, or functioning
• support hygiene, meals, day-program readiness, and transportation coordination
• maintain the group home and follow safety and emergency procedures.
