What you'll do

• Assist with activities of daily living and personal needs
• engage patients in treatment and recreational activities
• take vital signs and obtain urine specimens
• report observations to the Unit Nurse
• document patient observations and interventions
• conduct rounds and searches
• support safety interventions
• maintain unit routines and supplies
• respond to codes within training and experience.
