What you'll do

• Maintain facilities and operating systems
• inspect lighting, appliances, plumbing, building structures, heating and ventilation, and fire alarm systems
• assist with preventive maintenance
• respond to work orders and guest or departmental requests
• complete assigned tasks safely and on time
• coordinate with outside contractors as directed
• maintain work records and provide reports. Carpentry, drywall, painting, plumbing, mechanical, electrical, and troubleshooting skills are preferred.
