What you'll do

• Assist in supervising Front of House floor operations
• coach and guide employees on company standards, customer service, and sales
• communicate with the supervising manager
• participate in meetings and continuing education
• complete daily server/bartender check-outs, reconcile cash drawers, complete nightly closing paperwork, ensure team members clock out promptly, and secure the restaurant.
