What you'll do

• Process and complete work orders
• install refrigeration systems
• diagnose commercial cooking equipment
• disassemble and reassemble equipment for troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair
• use tools and measuring equipment
• document work performed
• explain service charges and work to customers
• operate a commercial vehicle and trailer
• work flexible hours and assigned on-call nights and weekends.
