Process Operator, Ethanol Production

What you'll do

• Monitor plant operations, production, and quality
• identify and address problems and improvement opportunities
• participate in efficiency and cost-reduction projects
• maintain production and utility records
• coordinate with the QA/QC laboratory
• sample and test process streams
• interpret QA/QC results and take appropriate action
• prepare and add process chemicals as instructed
• follow confined-space, hot-work, and lockout/tagout procedures
• maintain plant cleanliness and monitor chemical and supply inventories
• participate in training for cook, distillation, energy center, and board operations.

Why this role
