What you'll do
- Operate production equipment safely
- monitor production and report quality issues
- inspect raw and finished products, including visual, temperature, and labeling checks
- follow GMPs, food-safety guidelines, sanitation procedures, and SOPs
- clean and sanitize work areas and equipment
- assist with equipment setup, changeover, and cleanup
- complete production logs and batch records
- report food-safety or quality concerns
- participate in training.
