Transportation Specialist

What you'll do

• Arrange and coordinate freight services
• obtain and compare freight quotes
• schedule pickups and deliveries
• track shipments and communicate delays
• coordinate oversized and specialized equipment shipments
• resolve carrier and delivery issues
• maintain transportation records
• support import/export activities and documentation
• verify bills of lading and packing lists
• maintain shipment data in ERP or transportation systems
• monitor freight costs and performance.
