What you'll do

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and contractors
• conduct regular and random patrols of facility interiors, grounds, parking, and perimeter
• respond to incidents and critical situations according to site protocols
• monitor access points and assist with visitor direction and entry procedures
• document patrol observations and incidents.
