What you'll do
- Coordinate customer onboarding and application access
- maintain customer and associate accounts, permissions, and records
- troubleshoot login, account association, and profile issues
- coordinate support tickets and updates
- manage operational reporting and access reconciliation
- support customer account setup and onboarding packages
- document and route customer requests and technical escalations
- coordinate enhancement requests and user acceptance testing
- provide support by phone, email, chat, and ticketing channels.
