What you'll do

• Set up orders using standard practices and client-specific instructions
• confirm milestones are completed accurately and on time
• monitor airline booking and tracking information
• provide customers with updates and alternatives when delays or issues arise
• manage airway bill changes, source driver coverage, handle inbound and outbound communications, and follow escalation procedures.
